Feed Your Garden with Burpee's RSS Syndication
Here's The Scoop
Get the latest news from Burpee- wherever you want it- whenever you want it. Thanks to a format called RSS, we can provide you with more gardening news and great deals than ever before.
What is RSS?
Do you check your favorite website everyday to see if it's been updated? Does it feel like you're looking into an empty refrigerator, hoping that food will magically appear? Look no more. Keep track of your favorite websites in one location using RSS. When a website updates, you see a description of the change and a link. It's that simple. In fact, RSS means "Really Simple Syndication". Yahoo has a nice introduction. Reuters has a quick RSS primer, and c|net also provides a good intro.
How do I set it up?
1) Choose an RSS reader (we provide a starter list below).
2) Subscribe to one or all of our feeds by copy and pasting this link into your reader's "add feed" or "subscribe" form:
3) That's pretty simple.
What if I'm an advanced user?
If you already have a reader installed, you can use these links to subscribe to our feed:

RSS is a wonderful way to stay on top of news, favorite blogs, or any website which updates frequently and provides a feed. For instance, did you know that the Old Farmer's Almanac has RSS feeds? How about the BBC, National Geographic, NYTimes, Washington Post, Christian Science Monitor, Forbes, NPR, Routers, ESPN? Burpee's hometown paper has RSS. The list goes on and on. Look for the orange RSS, Atom or XML icon on your favorite websites. We hope you'll enjoy the Burpee RSS feed. Please feel free to share your thoughts or suggestions with us anytime!
